The Bay State is facing poll worker shortages, and many elections officials are overwhelmed. The Massachusetts Student Poll Worker Corps recruits and trains students to serve as poll workers this fall, connecting trained students to officials in real-time, and also growing a reserve who can jump in as shortages appear in the weeks and even days before an election.

  • Make sure that you've filled out this sign-up sheet

  • Look out for an email from the Safe Elections Network

  • Watch the two trainings below, and complete this quiz

  • Once you've completed the quiz, the Safe Elections Network will reach out to connect you with an election official or - if you're on the reserve corps - discuss expectations.
